Think of it as Halo’s Forge Mode, only for a racing game. This level creator is a game all its own, containing every conceivable element necessary to construct a race track. If you’re unhappy with the default racing tracks, you’re free to create your own via Playgrounds. You can spend as little or as much time as you want tinkering with all of the available race options. Containing Free Play and Time Trial, you’re able to pick a race’s location, the car class you wish to drive, weather, the number of laps, grid size, and difficulty.
